1. Yesterday, I completed Day 1 - Level 1 of 30 Day Shred. Of course, while I was doing it I thought I was going to die and not finish, but afterward I was like, “Okay. I’m alive. I can still move. This isn’t so bad.” I felt fine the rest of the night walking around and everything. Wrong. My calves and shoulders are so sore this morning! Haha. I knew this would happen, but everything comes with a price.

    I really don’t have an excuse not to workout for 30 minutes everyday.

  5. So, I’m sitting at school waiting to take my last final, and I’m completely ecstatic about summer break and having more time to focus on and modify my lifestyle habits. I’m guilty of using the excuse of “between school and work, I have no time/energy” and blah blah blah, but now I have no excuses. I’m only working one job this summer which gives me loads of time to work out and actually enjoy my freedom from school.

    Wah, wah. I think I wrote this to be a reminder to myself. Back to studying.
